Position Description:
Process company payroll in ADP Payforce
Collect bi-weekly timesheets using ADP Timesaver
Administration of garnishments
Process Employment Verifications
401K Deductions
Assist with GL
Position Requirements:
2 or more years Payroll experience
HS diploma or GED equivalent
Expert in ADP PayForce platform required
Proficient to Expert in ADP eTIME platform
Proficient to Expert in Standard Payroll Practices
Proficient to Expert in processing wage garnishments and liens
Must be reliable
Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel; specifically pivot tables and providing metrics on consistent basis
Must be committed to seeing the payroll process through from start (approving timecards) to finish (reconciling & auditing reports)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
