Job Description:
As an IQC Data Collector in Smart Electronics Manufacturing, your role is pivotal in maintaining the quality standards of our products by meticulous data collection and analysis.
You'll be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to incoming materials and components, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards and facilitating informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Incoming Material Inspection:
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to verify compliance with specified quality standards.
Data Collection:
Gather and document relevant data regarding the quality and characteristics of incoming materials using designated tools and systems.
Quality Assurance Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including any deviations or defects observed during inspections.
Sampling and Testing:
Perform sampling and testing of incoming materials according to established procedures and quality control guidelines.
Data Analysis:
Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for potential quality improvement in incoming materials.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports summarizing inspection findings, data analysis results, and recommendations for quality enhancement measures.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Quality Control, Procurement, and Production, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of incoming material inspection processes.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and internal quality management systems.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results.
Training and Development:
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to incoming material inspection.
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Other Assigned Tasks:
Assist in supplier quality assessments and audits.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to corrective action plans.
Support the development and implementation of incoming material acceptance criteria.
Provide input for the selection and qualification of new suppliers.
Participate in cross-functional teams for new product introduction projects.
Adhere to company policies and procedures Adhere to company safety protocols and as required by law Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's degree, trade school certification, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Previous experience in quality assurance, inspection, or data collection roles, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data collection and documentation.
Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
