Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for jobs Answer phones and return customer calls Provide excellent customer service Assist Manager with daily parts returns Service existing accounts All Prime Glass CSR's need to meet the following requirements:
Must have a positive attitude and always provide an outstanding customer experience Must have basic computer skills Must have strong communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!! Prior phone or call center experience is a plus! Job Type:
