Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experiencedSenior Project Manager - Water/Wastewaterto join our growing Infrastructure Water/Wastewater team in Arlington, Texas. This role works closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and specialists to deliver projects to a variety of clients including municipalities, water district and industrial facilities. JobResponsibilities Ability to execute engineering best practices on a wide variety of projects for a wide variety of clients, adapting to new environments quickly Be involved in all project aspects including design/study development, construction management, project management, RFI's/RFPs/Submittals, and client meetings Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections, and assist with data collection, compilation, and assessment for infrastructure projects. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, cities/clients, and other public agencies. Maintain and grow existing client accounts. Provide project management that results in successful outcomes for the client, the company, and the staff. Assist in creating budgets and maintain them on both the project level. Coach, mentor, and challenge staff. Lead by example. Requirements 5-15 years of experience with a focus on water/wastewater project delivery and a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience Professional Engineering License - Texas; or the ability to become licensed within six (6) months. Successful track record of Project Delivery through planning, preliminary and final design, including a proven track record and strong desire of providing superior client service and delivery. Strong technical background and project experience with water/wastewater design, delivery, and client management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget. Strong communications skills both written and oral. Must interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. Able to create budgets and maintain them on both the project level and corporate level. Experience with alternative delivery contract methods a plus. Successful experience participating in the business development process within a team environment. Experience with clientele such as municipal, industrial and railroad yard facilities is a plus. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Management, Environmental EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
