Must be able to function as a regional supervisor Monday - Friday days and manage staff; oversee training, orientation, nursing care, compliance, staffing and employee relations.
The Area Home Care Coordinator works collaboratively with the State Educator, Regional Clinical Director and site clinical leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers.
Qualifications BS/AA/diploma in Nursing with at least 18 months of recent RN experience in hemodialysis needed.
Must have valid state nursing license, BLS certification, driver's license, able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 50 pounds.
