Position SummaryWhat you'll doAs a System Engineer, you should be able to Manage all the Production systems and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems.
Also, you should technically help and assist team in technical directions, following the best practices.
You should have hands on experience in ITIL functions and processes.

What you'll do:
Independently own and address and resolve data and applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
Application support process/service management knowledge Incident management, problem management, Defect tracking, Reports, SLAs Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering, Platform support and end Users etc.
Gain and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to domain.
Flexibility - Be part of a team that manages applications/systems to ensure best experience to customers and provide On-call support, depending on Business needs.
Coordinate across teams and resolve all complex application and system issues ranging in complexity (Low to Critical) Install and prepare tools required for proper functioning of applications on regular basis.
What you'll bring:
Must have Knowledge of operating systems, networking, databases, distributed computing, distributed file system, ETL and application stacks Understanding on cloud fundamentals and exposure to GCP/Azure/Hive/Spark.
Working knowledge of SQL and Databases Troubleshoot and triage issues related to Data ETL framework, Workflow management tools.
Working experience on supporting of Data Pipeline applications built on Scala Spark or PySpark or Hadoop or Hive running in scheduling tools like Automic or Airflow.
Debugging skills on Cluster related issues.
Hands-on knowledge on ITSM/Service Now/OSC/Jira, xMatters tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Listening ability and patience Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Critical thinking, complex Problem Solve and Troubleshoot Exposure to APM tools such Kibana, Dynatrace, Splunk.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
