Summary:
Primary function is to generate and manage leads from various referral sources while liaising between Agency and the community regarding community and customer needs.
Responsibilities include developing and promoting home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources.
Essential Functions:
oMeet or exceed referral to admission goals oSchedule and execute the required sales calls per week with new referral sources oConduct daily rounds in assigned markets to identify new patients in need of Home Health services oPerform an assessment on potential patients to evaluate appropriateness for Home Health Services oCommunicate all necessary information to the Agency In-take coordinator to ensure a smooth admission and transition to service oProvide counsel to Agency leaders regarding the needs of the community oCollaboratively develop and maintain protocols specific to new programs oDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to the marketing of the agency oAssist in direction of programs through collaboration with and delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel oEstablish a public relations program for interpretation of the agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies oResponsible for assuring patient/resident safety oCarries out other duties as necessary Qualifications
Qualifications:
oGraduate of an accredited college/university is preferred.
oMinimum of two years sales and marketing experience in a healthcare setting; Home Health background preferred oStrong clinical assessment skills oThorough understanding of the Home Health market and referral sources oProven history of achieving or exceeding established census goals oExcellent communication and organization skills oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications oAbility to travel in various forms of transportation oAbility to read, write, and speak the English Language oAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of an organization If you meet the minimum requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume online for consideration.
