We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our Arlington Warehouse.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient functioning of our direct distribution operations, including managing drivers and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
Lead and motivate a team of drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to support efficient operations.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Uphold a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Additional Details:
Salary range:
$46,800 - $52,000, plus bonuses based on team performance.
The candidate will report to the Vice President of Operations and work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align sales and operations for success.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday morning shift.
