Service Desk Team Member Role The responsibilities of working in a Customer Service Desk primarily revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and consistent manner.
You will help service guests make appointments, locate products and resolve various issues in a professional manner.
There are also administrative tasks, such as receiving/making calls or voicemails, assisting service guests and students, preparing paperwork and reports, arranging or filing documents, and coordinating with various staff members to ensure that all customers receive quality service.
What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated with experience in extraordinary customer service, has a positive outlook on life that can translate into their effective communication, and works well within a team to achieve customer resolutions.
Skills Required:
Basic computer skills Experience in guest service Communication skills Solid work history with references Passion for the beauty industry Honesty and professionalism Previous cash management and balancing cash drawers Ability to multitask with high volume of guests at one time.
