I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the operations by meticulously managing the organization, presentation, and handling of the premium inventory.
Duties include:
Organize, catalog, and maintain accurate records of available merchandise.
Track sales, restocks, and updates in inventory spreadsheets Clean, inspect, and prepare high-end clothing and accessories for photography, ensuring they meet impeccable quality standards.
Safely and efficiently package sold items for shipping, adhering to high standards of presentation and quality assurance.
Skillfully crosspost listings across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling product presentations (software will be provided) Efficiently handle various tasks including picking up consignment items, attending to post office drop offs, and other related responsibilities.
Maintain organized records of available and sold items, ensuring accurate tracking of all transactions and consignments.
I will also need some help for personal things such as making phone calls/appointments, running errands, etc.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a personal assistant or similar role, with a keen eye for luxury fashion and high-end brands.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all products are meticulously prepared and presented.
Proactively identify and address business needs, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset to enhance workflow efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking inventory and sales data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with customers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands and shipping.
