Great Hearts teachers demonstrate both a love for the breadth of the liberal arts, and a depth of knowledge in the subject area(s) they teach.
Apprentice teachers may gain valuable experience in their role for a year before taking a lead position, provided they also attain a bachelor's degree, which is required for any lead role.
