We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our dispatching team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
The personal assistant will report directly to the dispatching team.
They will be responsible for helping to maintain communication with drivers and retention measures.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism, and help to build rapport with drivers.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events - Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed - Maintain filing systems, databases, and records Requirements:
