Physician,OP/C Pediatric Nephrologist Position
Cook Children's, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is recruiting a full time pediatric nephrologist to join its rapidly growing pediatric nephrology department! We have active kidney transplant, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, ECMO, plasma exchange and LDL apheresis programs. Cook Children's Renal Transplant Program is the second largest in Texas. We have an 8-chair outpatient hemodialysis center as well as full support staff including urologists, transplant surgeons, interventional radiology, nurses, social workers, dieticians, child life specialists and an innovative pet therapy program. Our service area includes most of North and West Texas as well as portions of Oklahoma and New Mexico, through our main campus, nine satellite clinic locations, and an active telemedicine program. Opportunities for clinical research and teaching are also available, both in-house and through collaboration with Fort Worth's two medical schools.
