Friendly & Outgoing:
Willing to provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective customers! Offer tours of the facility to customers, show available units, and complete lease packets.
Punctual & Reliable:
Able to open and close the office on time, efficiently, and effectively.
Must have reliable transportation and is required to work Saturdays.
Efficient:
Responsible for processing customer transactions, processing payments, and making daily deposits.
Detail-Oriented:
Execute all leasing documents; maintain all required tenant documentation in an orderly manner.
Including, contracts and insurance.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Move-outs are walked, pictures, and description of the apartment at move-out with a detailed description of any damages.
Effective:
Control delinquencies through telephone contact, walking apartments, and letters on a scheduled basis.
Team Player:
Will need to work together with leasing specialists and will report to the property manager.
Willing To Roll Up Your Sleeves:
Ensure the cleanliness and curb appeal of the premises and notify management promptly regarding building and/or equipment repairs.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field driver'sd driver license and reliable transportation for travel to perform essential duties Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including great written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task Proficient computer skills and knowledge Nice To Haves:
