Quickly navigate systems to find information, aiming to reduce hold times and enhance the customer experience.
Uphold the highest standards of privacy and security for borrower information.
Enjoy a structured workday with an 8-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Commit to providing consistent, focused, and excellent customer service for the entire duration of the 8-hour shift.
Qualifications/Additional Requirements:
A high school diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for some college or a bachelor's degree.
Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment.
Eligibility to secure a Federal 5C Security Clearance and pass a credit check.
Residency in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Stellar organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in multitasking, especially typing while talking.
A distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet (10 mg capacity) and an ethernet connection.
