In this position, you will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of high-volume, multi-state payroll processing experience, preferably using PeopleSoft.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a cohesive team!
Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator:
Process semi-monthly payroll for 1800
employees using PeopleSoft.
Calculate pay for new hires and terminations.
Issue manual checks and handle garnishments, child support, and tax levy orders.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources to uphold company policy compliance.
Utilize PeopleSoft for queries, researching, and addressing all payroll inquiries.
Conduct business professionally and ethically to enhance customer service and company profitability.
Requirements for the Payroll Coordinator:
High school diploma or equivalent.

years of previous payroll processing experience, preferably using PeopleSoft.
Must have experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing.
Understanding and ability to calculate various incentive pay structures.
Ability to interpret and execute instructions provided in written, oral, or digital form.
Proficiency in MS Office and email.
Compensation for the Payroll Coordinator:
Contract to hire position.
Location: On-site in Arlington, TX.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (Experience-dependent).
Schedule: Monday-Friday
