Flexo printing company wants to hire an experienced Prepress Manager who will oversee all phases of the prepress department.
RESPONSIBILITIES & GENERAL DUTIES
This person will be in charge of artists and plate technicians
Preflight management to insure timeliness and proper communication with CSRs, etc
Training of all personnel in prepress department
Responsible for overall department operations/production, timeliness, communication with other departments
Produce proofing methods and techniques
Film separations (traps, color corrections/cutbacks, process separation, printer marks for pressroom)
Checking of all proofs and plates before leaving prepress department
Plate making techniques insuring repeatability
Review all job jackets
Take on artist role in times of rushes and/or absence of personnel
Assist CSRs/Sales with customers when questions or problems should arise concerning artwork
Assist the Management Staff on special projects
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year management or supervisor experience
Minimum of 1 year graphics arts experience
Proficient in Adobe products
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent time management with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Offer cheerful and friendly client relations on the phone and in person
Outstanding problem solving skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to professionally deal with various personalities
Strong analytical skills
Team player
Experience in flexo printing preferred. Will consider candidates with screen, digital or printing in general with supervisory skills.
Salary negotiable based on experience. Full company benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
