It has 36 strings and 15 notes and has a great sound as well.The built in notes that it has makes it really easy to play if you know the notes needed to play a song or have a music sheet showing the notes used all you have to do is push the note bar down that your playing and strum the strings like a guitar.The 15 notes are Emajor, D7, F7, Gminor, Bmajor, A7, C7, Dminor, Fmajor, E7, G7, Aminor, Cmajor, Dmajor, Gmajor.It has 36 strings that are tuned to notes as well they are In 3 octive ranges, High, Middle and Low. The High end has C,B,A#,A,B#,F#,E,D#,DC#.C and the Middle has B,A#,A,G#,G.F#,F,E,D#,D,C#,C & the low end has B,A#,A,G,F#,E,D,C,G,F.It has keys to tune the strings with and the volume and tone can be adjusted separately by the controls on the front.It also has shoulder strap connectors or can be played sitting down on your lap or it sitting down on a hard surface on the rubber feet on the bottom of it.It is manufactured by RBI (Rhythm Band Inc.)
