Vehicle Description 1930 Ford Model A Roadster The Ford Motor Company had some big shoes to fill when it came time to replace the Model T and seemed to successfully do so with the introduction of the Model A in 1927.
These vehicles are the base of some of the coolest street rods on the road which really makes you appreciate the stock cars they were born from.
This original 1930 Ford Model A is the rarer Roadster body style with a rumble seat.
It is all original steel painted in a nice gloss Black with a Black Roadster top.
Being a rumble seat car it is fitted with its original handles, fender steps, and rear steps that are mounted on the split rear bumper.
Up front it also has the stock bumper, chrome headlights and chrome radiator shell.
The glass is in good condition and is the adjustable windshield like original.
The spoke wheels are painted Black with Firestone tires and it has a rear spare in a hard Black shell.
Powering the car is its original inline 4 cylinder motor that runs well.
Everything under the louvered hood is very clean with the engine all painted Green.
Mechanically the car is very stock and it has a 3 speed manual transmission.
The interior has been all reupholstered in Black and is in great condition.
The dash features its original gauge set up in its polished bezel.
It is all very nicely done.
The rear rumble seat was all redone as well and looks great.
This is a very nice Roadster that would make a great addition to any collection.
They certainly aren't making more of them so get this vintage original while you can.
